Issued by purchaser ( phát hành bởi người mua )- Hóa đơn trong tiếng Anh
Purchase order (Đơn mua hàng) – an internal document that lists items to buy and is signed by an authorized purchaser.
Goods received note (GRN) (Phiếu nhận hàng hóa) – issued after the goods are inspected for damage or wrong delivery.
Electronic payment (hóa đơn điện tử) by bank transfer to settle statement of account.
Issued by supplier ( phát hành bởi người bán )
Delivery note (phiếu vận chuyển) details the items delivered and is signed by the purchaser as proof of delivery.
Sales invoice (hóa đơn bán hàng) isssued to the purchaser requesting payment and describing all items purchased.
Additional documentation (chứng từ bổ sung) : Credit note issued if the purchaser returns any items as defective goods or wrong order
Statement of account (bản sao kê tài khoản) gives the client a summary of all their purchasers for the month and the amount owed.
Remittance advice (phiếu báo thanh toán) used if you are requesting payment by cheque
Cash receipt (hóa đơn thanh toán) – issued to confirm receipt of payment.
